Summertime Isles is one of the older areas of Cooper City. Homes here began being built back in 1969 and continued through 1990. There are 440 homes in Summertime Isles consisting of attached and detached single family homes. The simple way to describe the attached single family homes is to equate them to a duplex. However, the building and the land is split into two separate lots, so there is two owners, one for the left lot and one for the right lot. Summertime Isles is located on the east side of Palm Ave. mid-point between Stirling Rd. and Griffin Rd. The homes here include 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes and range from 800 to 2000 square feet.
